We currently offer shipping to both Europe and the USA. Regardless of where you are located within these regions, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner.

Shipping Time
Our shipping process includes two key timeframes:

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Europe: 4-6 business days
    • USA: 4-6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Europe and the USA. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our regular business hours, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, you will be notified via email. If the error was on our part, we will gladly reship the package at no extra cost. If the error was due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, we may charge a reshipping fee.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Expedited shipping options are currently unavailable, but we are working to expand our services in the near future.
